We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days of production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 15-21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@ayabamuny.com.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail and confirm. Once you double-check the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@uayabamuny.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days. USPS Shipping times vary. Due to COVID shipping may be longer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destinations. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. Please note that you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in your state or country of residence.

We do not intend to sell the same items in bulk and reserve the choice to do so from time to time. We rather focus on finding original pieces to sell in small quantities.

When your item has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Once you have received your tracking number, please make note of the date and approximate time when your order is expected to be delivered,

Yes. For international orders, shipping charges, customs fees and import duties and taxes are calculated at the end of the checkout process and charged to you when you finalize your purchase. Simply add a product to your shopping bag, provide your full and complete shipping address, and continue the checkout process. The International Shipping Costs will be displayed just before the order is ready to be finalized.

AyabaMuny.com does not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO/DPO lockboxes addresses. Please fill out the shipping address form during checkout as completely as possible including all required information. Please note that we do not deliver to incomplete addresses either.
If you place an order using a P.O. box or an incomplete name and or address, we will contact you via email in order to obtain the additional information required to complete the delivery of your order. If we are unable to obtain the information required for delivery within 48 hours from the date of our email seeking more information, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.
You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please keep in mind if your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Yes. Please be advised that you bear full responsibility for all costs associated with returning an item to us. Including any and all fees, duties and taxes. You are also responsible for acquiring any return shipping labels and associated customs documents.
